I need to create a new column in a table in a MS Access database. I'm usnig the ADOX object to open the file and have no problems creating a new integer-type column but I can't figure out how to make it AutoNumber.

Yes it is,
Close your current command if open and use the following to set a new SQL-Statement:
Dataenvironment.Commands("CommandName").CommandText= NewStatement
After that you run your command again and now the RSCommandName is the new results

I'm trying to build a web-monitor which checks for any kind of response from a "openurl" (Inet-object).
This is working fine - however I would like to get a responsecode (200, 404, 500 and son on) instead of just checking if it responds or not.

You could choose to use the Outlook Calendar instead of a text-file.
I've used it to create a calender-program which will show all the appointments in a special Category.
