Hey Guys. We have a accs server running for a callcentre. calls are working fine excepts when a caller hangs up the call. The call drops on the agent side and caller side and the agent toolbar goes back to ready state as expected, but if you have the wallboard open it shows the agent is still on...- janniepeens

Avaya SMDR Buffer not working
Hi all We have a couple of avaya ip office 500v2 in the field that we manage. 2 of the systems suddenly don't output the SMDR records anymore. I can see the buffer getting bigger but its not sending it to the server that we specified. the boxes are on diferint version of version 8. If i run...- janniepeens
