Well I have solved the problem by re-compiling and distributing it too. This creates a setup for the individual report which for some reason eliminates the error message! Thanks everyone for your help

It is using exactly the same files as all of the other machines that make use of the compiled reports feature. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this error message???
