Arcserve 9 media not recognized
I'm running Arcserve 9 on Windows 2000 server with an HP Surestore Ultrium 215 internal backup tape device. When I set up a backup and start it I get the message "Please mount any media. Media pool can not be used by a non-media pool custom job." I can occasionally get it to backup to the tape...- aellio
