Crystal Report .Net
We are using an existing Crystal Reports 7 report in Visual Studio .NET 2002 on SQL Server 2000 using Crystal Report Viewer in an ASP.net web application. Multiple record selection
Buhari, Very new to Crystal Reporting but could you put in a formula field using an IF statement? Something like: If {table.active} = Y Then X Else O Then right-clck table.active, choose Insert Summary. Count table.active. Insert this new field in report footer.- bethany

Try right-clicking your subtotal field, copy, and then paste into the report footer.- bethany
