I have a remote user connecting with outlook via vpn connection over an AOL
dialup account. She can send and receive emails fine, however when she
tries to forward or reply she gets a "cannot contact exchange server"
message. What could be causing outlook to fail? She is running...
I see that it does it every night because I have full backups every night. I guess I'll just keep it this way for now, but if I wanted to do incrmental I would have a lot more log files during the week right?
I have followed the recommendations of a lot of sources and disabled circular logging on my exchange 5.5 server. I would like for ArcServe to automatically purge these logs after a backup. How do I do this?

When you say share the arcserve folder as arcserve$ do you mean the "c:\programfiles\ca\brightstor arcserve backup agent for exchange" folder on the exchange server or the one on the backup server itself?
What do I want to select and what options do I want to select for the "options" section? I keep getting failures. I have for what to select the following:

system state
microsoft exchange server
microsoft exchange server - brick level
