    arcserve and exchange 5.5

    One of my sites is using Arcserve 11.1 to backup Exchange 5.5 server. For some reason, when I open the Exchange admin program and look at mailbox resources on that server, the name of the account used by Arcserve appears as the last user of all the mailboxes. I have never seen that behavior...

    I install Windows 2000 service pack

    Windows 2000 service pack 4 is not compatible with Exchange 5.5. I believe it has something to do with stopping server's ability to enumereate.
