Messages for a single user are "Undetermined"
Hello Johnmac1, It sounds to me like there is something in that user's email address that contains a reserved character or word which in turn is confusing the MIMEsweeper. And when it gets confused, things are classified 'undetermined'. Try creating another email account for same user w/o...- awizardo
