    unhandled exception c0000005 at address 100016b8

    Also bothered with "exception error c0000005 at address 100016b8" and "promulgate error messages". Found that the delfin's media viewer had been installed - no idea how or why it got there - but un-installing the delfin also has stopped the errors.
