I am running some scripts on several machines and all of a sudden one of them is having problems with the capture. I am not sure what has changed.

How do you find out if a comm port is already in use before you switch to that port. I am using a script that switchs between many different piece of equipment, and I would like a way to find out if the port is already in use before the script tries to switch and hangs on port already in use...
I received the same message about installing VS7 with ZA already installed. I had been using VS6 and ZA, and just did the upgrade and ignored the error message. Everything seems to be working fine. I also would like to know what the problem would be, if anyone ever find out.
