I thought the idea was to set the Exch 5.5 to GMT permanently? That you wouldn't need to set it back again. In a sense this would be setting a zero refence point and it is up to the clients to maintain any DST references. Or am I barking up the wrong tree here?

I tried that, but still no go. I also tried shutting off all Groupshield services as well as IMS and MTA and then restarting them but it is still not recreated when they are restarted. I am wondering if even reinstalling will do the trick. Or maybe uninstall/reinstall?
