    System Hangs, Crashes ?

    I had the very same problem but my problem was that the heatsink was placed not back to front but just about 3mm from the edge. I puted on some more thermalpaste on the heatsink and placed the heatsink all the way to the plastic-edge of the CPU-slot. My computer has worked ever since.
