Thank you, got to run this again today after reading your post, have one more question, we have our computer set up with administrator and 3 sign-ons. When it scanned, it only scanned administrator and one sign on. Can you tell me how to get to the other two to check them? It located 10...- milob123

I hope I am entering this at the right place - I have that trojan virus showing up on my computer have run avg several time and says none found - it does say it is in volume file just as described in response from programmer - can you tell me how to get rid of it? Thanks- milob123
