Why does Photoshop keep losing track of preference settings on my Windows 2000 Pro Systems? I keep resetting scratch disk, plugins etc. and in a few weeks they disappear. It happens on all 12 of my systems. Any ideas?

By doesn't recognize the video, do you mean Premiere cannot see the capture card to allow you to capture? Can you capture on the software for the card and then put it into a Premiere project? Try Was the premiere installed after the card? Smoe capture devices have drivers for specific Premiere...

I'm looking for a 3rd party email service provider. Does'nt have to be free. I don't want to pay a huge amount for it though. I prefer POP3 and SMPT. Web e-mail isn't my favorite. Anyone have a suggestion? Ever try Mailsnare? There doesn't appear to be an abundance of these services out there...
