    Please help. I am running crystal reports v8.5 standard with Goldmine 5.7 as its data source. I want to know how to run a report on Goldmine history records. Can anyone help ? Thanks Richard

    Removing NAV to reinstall

    I have tried to uninstall Norton Anti Virus, but only half the program seems to uninstall. There is nothing in the Add/Remove programs section, but we cannot reload NAV as it says a copy is already there. What can I do? my machine is not able to protect me from viruses.

    Crashing my machine

    I have a problem with Norton Antivirus crashing my machine on start-up. Basically, the machine starts to boot, and then as Norton Antivirus loads up, the hard disk seems to go into overdrive and thrashes. The machine will need to be hard-rebooted before it loads again. Can anyone help?
