    NDS for NT is not supported by W2K. The way that novell recommends for using NDS with W2K is the NDS eDirectory product or NDS Corporate.

    It sounds like you must be using Novell's NDS Corporate or NDS for NT. Have you tried manually setting both login account passwords to the same thing?
