Is Backup Exec The Most Troublesome Software Ever
Possibly it's troublesome, but it saved my butt last weekend. :-) IDR was a no-brainer (ie really simple) to restore a corrupted Win2k system (installed a driver, reboot, BSOD on startup (NTOSKRNL.EXE, from memory)) and saved me much heart-ache and job-seeking.
