If you have not upgraded to Rev. 4454, please do so. It's a free download from Veritas. I was having the same problem and this resolved it.

I found this registry fix in another post. I was having a problem with BE 9.0 failing on maiboxes with messages that contain corrupt files. Give it a try. It may work. I'll post again to let you know my results.

To add to the previous post, after setting up that ONE account (assuming this is an NT/2000 Domain) you will want this account setup as the 'Resource Logon Account' in Veritas and as the logon account for the Veritas Services in Windows.
