capturing LPT port to JetDirect printer
Setup the type of printer you have on LPT1 of your server,then create an HP port with JetAdmin to associate with that printer. If you do not use JetAdmin, then create a TCP/IP port and do the same.- johnpsurette

Deleting an active backup
Go to select/delete selections. You can delete jobs there as well. If they DO NOT delete, again, reboot the server and it should be good to go.- johnpsurette

"Successful" backup wasn't successful
This sometimes happens to myself. I have not pinpointed the problem yet. Have you had any problems with simple file restoration? My backup box is going crazy with messages like "Unknown media in slot 10". I have backed up twice successfully last week, but this week, it may be possible...- johnpsurette
