Change com1 baudrate from 9600 to 8192
I had to pull out one of my old win 95 laptops to interface with my 1989 Lotus turbo four cylinder. My problem is that Freescan software will not communicate with win 95 or 98, cause the baud rate is 9600, so I need to change it to 8192. I have a serial port 9 pin to a aldl connector.
