Agent fails on LH3
Yep Lou, BUT I found a weird way of making it work. Start the install for the Full Compaq Insight Manager but stop\cancel the install then oldly the agent will now install.- MISNINJA

Compaq System Management driver has not been installed on this machine. But when I try to install it from version 6.1 or 5.4 it fails too.??- MISNINJA

Arcserve Alert Service
I have a problem with several of my ArcServe v9 installations. When I select the "Attach Job Log" in the Alert tab of the job options, it seems to "uncheck" itself and doesn't attach the job log after clicking "OK" on the Options window. I have seen this at 4...- MISNINJA
