Upgrading to Brightstor ARCserve release 11
I'm using new hardware - a new server and new tape silo - for BAB 11, so I guess I'm not really doing an upgrade (because I still have my version 9 up and running on the old server and tape drives). Can one user in Citrix network have problems?
This may sound silly, but the user probably has a CTRL key or SHIFT key stuck a little. Have the user "wack away" at his two CTRL and two SHIFT keys for a few seconds and then have him try Excel again. You would be surprised by how often I have run across this problem. I believe it...- electricbill
