Can not ping machines outside private network
I have a Solaris 8 machine as a firewall/gateway to a cable modem (hme0), with a Win2K machine attached on a private network to the sun box (hme1). I can ping the address for hme0 from the win2k box, but can not ping the default route that is on hme0. It appears that IP forwarding is not...- 3bears
