Hello, Try deleting the comments of the AutoCreated printer. By doing that, the print queue will not be deleted when the user logs off. Thus settings will be kept.- kan2tan

How to keep the settings of AutoCreated printer.
I know when deleting the comments in the Autocreated printers, the printer will not be deleted thus keeping its settings. This solution seem to be a lot of work for a company with a lot of users. Because each users are required to log on then modify the settings. Is there a better way of doing...- kan2tan
