Thanks you so much for the response. We have have exhausted too many resources on this issue. Our PBX maintenance vendor has done several audits since this issue has started. Our next step is to have someone from Verizon monitor the switch at the CO and hopefully trap the calls, even though...- husskey

Issues with Verizon PRI Fraud...Being charged for calls not allowed by
our cs1000 pbx. Voicemail is locked down to dial out to only a few direct numbers. Our phone bill has multiple calls of 5,000 minutes plus and they are all inter-state calls. We are being charged 3 cents/min and the charges are adding up. We have since blocked these numbers (deny on pbx)...- husskey
