Can someone advise me how we can take off the case sensitivity on email addresses.
eg: someone emails TestUser@testdomain.com.au and email is rejected. If the same person emails testuser@testdomain.com.au email comes through.
Via Server Admin attempt to start the database engine and it fails - just goes Engine is starting and then Engine is stopping and Engine is not running.
Via Services "Could not start the ArcServeIT database engine service on server name". Error 2140: An internal Windows NT error occurred.
Can anyone advise me what prevents this from happening and how we can fix it? I have been advised to initialise the database to stop another problem and now cannot do so.
How do you stop the asterisk appearing prior to the job number? I thought this was a licensing issue and have re-registered ArcServeIT but the asterisk is still appearing.
We are still getting E3406 Unable to file (filename)EC=Sharing Violation) after applying QO15578.CAZ.
We can backup all other directories and files but get the eror on a shared directory which contains pdf files.
If we run a backup only the directory containing the pdf files we get a 100%...
