Yes, I have a user sending emails to user2 on behalf of user2. This is generating an "undeliverable" NDR. I don't know why she's doing it, sometimes I find it best not to ask, but she knows she can send emails to herself and wants to do this. Should it be possible ? TIA

Please ignore, finally got to look at the MDs sent items and charlie was in the BCC field as I suspected - of course this was denied when I asked the question.

Our MD replied to an email from an external email address and the reply went to an internal user. He wasn't in the BCC box of the sent email and we don't have email tracking on. Their names and email addresses aren't similar at all. Does anyone know how this could happen? Or where I can look...
