    Yes, I have a user sending emails to user2 on behalf of user2. This is generating an "undeliverable" NDR. I don't know why she's doing it, sometimes I find it best not to ask, but she knows she can send emails to herself and wants to do this. Should it be possible ? TIA

    Our MD replied to an email from an external email address and the reply went to an internal user. He wasn't in the BCC box of the sent email and we don't have email tracking on.
