Thank you for the fileCopy suggestion. I guess there isn't a simple macro to do it. I used the fileCopy in a module but got error. Is that just for strings?- Unami

On the Switchboard he just wants to click a button "Backup" and it will be done. He doesn't want to copy and paste. So I have to write a macro and codeing to support this event.- Unami
