I can login as administrator and it works fine
when I login as user they can not make any changes, while as user I verified that the user has administrator rights
TCP IP do not have anything directly to do with each other, other than they are part of windows. Task sceduler can be turned off by going to start/programs /accessories /system tools /task sceduler or sceduled tasks at top is advanced click on disable task sceduler
