Can not set default printer
I have a Citrix server (Win 2000, XPe SR3) and when some users log on, it creates their printers, but it doesn't set a default and they can't manually set one. Also, if I try to manually add a printer from our print server, I get an error that I don't have rights to add a printer. Where do I...- bigal92

Internet mail service keeps stopping
We were having the same problem with our email servers. There is a MS KB article, 884874, that describes our problem to a tee. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884874 Called MS and they sent me the patch within a couple minutes. I applied the patch and our IMS seems to be working fine now.- bigal92
