OTM using USB
Installing OTM 2.2 on a customer PC which does not have parallel ports. Anyone ever connected a OTM dongle (rs-232)to a rs-232 to USB adapter. PC does not have a parallel port. Dongle is not USB. What needs to be done to make the PC recognize the port.- pabxgeek

Centigram MWI to Sl-100 to CS-1000
I am trying to get message waiting lamps to light ip phones working off of a Nortel CS-1000S via a PRI from a SL-100. The voice mail ia a Centigram that is using message waiting type # 17 (Unified Integration). The PRI is a NI2 - 2way DID. The Sl-100 needs NI2 Tie and the CS-1000 will not allow...- pabxgeek
