I have a table called Orders with 3 Day fields called:
1)Day1 2)Day2 3)Day3.
I now need to create a append query to copy these days into one field in a new table, but I now need it to ask which days need to be copied into the new combined field called combined.
How will I do this?

What I have done is added a ID(AutoNumber) in the table, I then said:
If ID = "1" Then
Area = "WC"
Else
If ID = "2" Then
Area = "GAU"
End If
End If

It is the 3000th Record! A product can belong to all 3 regions.
All I am trying to achieve is to determine the qty of products that was sold to area 1)GAU 2)WC 3)Nat?
And for that I need the area next to each record in my table!

It is putting "WC" in Area but as soon as it gets to the next RH field it continues to put "WC" in the field instead of going over to "Gau"!
