When one user have started up my Access database, it works ok but when the next user starts up and tries to put in new posts i the db she gets this message:
"You can`t update. Locked by user "Admin" on MMN 6894R"
What is the problem??

I just wonder what difficulties you might run in to if more than one user at a time run an Accessdatabase. Is there a limit for the number of users that can run an Acessdatabase at the same time?

I have a problem when I export from Access2k to Excel2k.
When there are empty fields in the Access table, when Exported to Excel, values from right moves into the empty cells at the left, like this:

Ok, maybe that would work. But how do I start the automatic backup? I´ve found a vbscript that makes a copy of the db and name it after the day and time the copy is made. But I do not know how to run it automatic.

When I make one field unvisible in an Access 2000 querry the result is ok. But if I want to run the querry again, the unvisible field is gone from the querry`s design. How can this happen?
