    Recording Callmaster IV

    We use a program called cool edit. It works well. We connect the callmaster as stated above to the line in of your computer, from there you can use any recording software but cool edit does pretty good.

    Is there any place that I can order just the circuit board for a callmaster 4? I repair the phones and it would be allot easier to just be able to order the board itself instead of having to order the whole phone.

    Put hold music on hold?

    You can also change the phones cor so it doesn't have hold music.

    I can't delete a station

    Stug is right, you can't delete extensions with messages waiting in Audix. Delete the Audix association with the extension then the extension it self. This should work.
