Our main building has a front desk attendant. When users pick up the phone and dial zero, it rings him.
Now users in another building want to do the same thing, pick up the phone, press zero, and reach the attendant in our...
Ok so I've searched and searched... I need your help.
I'm setting up an 'after hours' oncall vector.
If you call the helpdesk after hours or on weekends, you get an announcement that says press 1 for networking, press 2 for.... etc.
All of that works great, but....
Sometimes people leave...
I have a Definity G3 that is currently on AVAYA support contract. It is ending soon and was wondering if another company out there is capable of providing support for this PBX. Anyone have a favorite??
