We've just got hold of solaris 9 cd media and if you'll notice, the disks are enclosed in a dvd plastic container so I am assumming that the media is on a dvd disk.
Unless your drive is a dvd drive, just an ordinary cd drive won't be able to recognize the media.
You simply enter the ip address of a name server or dns server with the "ip name-server" command. Ip domain-lookup is turned on by default, if its turned of do the no ip domain-lookup.
The clock rate command is used to match the clocks of the receiver/transmitter on the remote router and local router.
Basically, the two routers would have to synchronize their clocks to each other so that they could decode the packets entering their interfaces. If the clock rates do not match...
