Goldmine Outlook locking up
When trying to "get an item" from the goldmine outlook, it locks up and all you can do is end task from task manager. Does anyone know why it's doing that and how this can be fixed? Thanks, Maria Fraley- Susami

MSWord/exchange issue
This just started happening yesterday. It was working fine before. When you are in Word, go to Tools and click Envelopes and Labels. Then click on the address book. Then select the Outlook Address Book - Contacts. Select a contact and the address shows up in the labels section. Get out...- Susami

printing issues
When printing reports, there are a few reports that when you print it, it is set on the tray1 which is the wrong tray. We usually have it on Auto Select, but for some reason this report wants to print out of tray 1. Tried to change it to auto select, but it would change back to Tray 1. Does...- Susami
