I have a customer who purchased an Avaya 1692 conference phone. It worked fine while he loaded the new Avaya 1692 firmware into his file server directory. Voice Mail Garbled
We have a Merlin Magix R1.0 with the Merlin Messaging R1.0 (6 Port). We have been having problems with messages being garbled. When someone is trying to check on their voice mail either remotely or at their desk, the message in the mailbox is garbled (either statically or just plain garble)...- oakdale
