We use the aerjot solution since many years in different SW versions of MD110/MX-ONE. It is a good product, I can recommend it. The support is also O.K.
Does anybody know, how can it be decided if a CF card purchased localy will work with NIU2 (BC12 or TSW) or not except the "trial and error" method? We tested some CF cards of different manufacturers, and some of them works fine others not. (The CF delivered by E////Aastra is very expensive).
According to the ALEX of MX-ONE V.3:
The VoIP Quality of Service logging function is not supported. (Output/logging functions are supported, but not the collection of QoS data from the IP endpoints).
The star is really very interesting...
Yes, I know, that there was a Braille display for the OPI-II. Unfortunately this was phased out by Ericsson. The big screen and the magnifier is useful only for visually impaired persons, who are able to see something, not for blinds. And the language...
Does anybody have experience with IP-trunking to 3rd party systems? There was thread806-1143682, but this says only, that after changing something, it works fine between Cisco and MD110. What fubctionality is available in general (if any)? For us MX-ONE is important, but MD110 is interesting too...
You are right and not. Please be aware of the difference between MX-ONE Telephony System V.2 and MX-ONE Telephony Switch. The MX-ONE Telephony System V.2 is a pure server based solution running under Linux. The Telephony Switch is the new BC release ("BC13"), where you can use the new 19"...
Could you please write more about the requirements: number of extensions, number of extensions to be recorded simultaneously, etc? We have an own development to record centrally any extension even in a distributed MD system. No matter, where the extension or the trunk is connected. It works fine...
Hello,
I'm an MD110 fan, therefore I'm convinced: there is no stable alternative :)
We tried with Mitel. The product is fine, the support was practically zero, but we are in Europe, in the States it could be totally different.

Gezaba
According to Ericsson the handling applets within ECA are not localisable. Is this true or is there a way to localise this too? Or is it possible to set the language to English instead of Swedish at least?
Yes it is almost impossible, but...
If it is an MD110 (as probably it is), we made a solution, maybe it can help you too. All calls to the selected extensions are routed through a "thromboned" Q-SIG route to an IVR, made with the Envox platform. In Envox you can record the conversations. With...
This is exactly what I tought. The problem arises in conjunction with calls bypassing the MD and going directly to the remote extensions. The exclusion happens at "no answer"....:(
Is there any way to handle the situation when the remote extension receives a direct call, bypassing the MD...
Has anyone an idea how to solve the following problem?
There is a group hunting group with internal and fixed remote extensions. This means, that they can receive local calls when the GH tries to give them a call. As the originating GH doesn't realizes, that the remote extension is busy, this...
Does anybody have an idea how to use video telephony on MD110 BC12? In the UMTS (GSM) network this is possible between two 3G terminals. Is there any solution to make a video call (not conference) from an UMTS terminal to an MD110 extension or vice versa?
I hope this question is interesting...
Ericsson answered to the trouble ticket, that with CSTA/TAPI ECC can be monitored only, there is no call handling possibility. This is possible only for the IP phones. Somewhen in the next year the problem will be solved.
According to ALEX, DBC425 can use a WAP gateway to access information other than DNA directory: "Other WAP address". E.g. there is a nice picture in Alex, showing Google on the DBC425 display. Is there anybody, who has used this feature? If yes, what type of WAP GW? Any information welcome.
The problem is using ECC and TAPI converter on the same PC. It seems, that the two applications can't work together. If you start ECC and after this try to dial with an own application through TAPI (not the ECC dialer), the ECC dies.
