Hi. We are still having this problem. Sometimes it takes up to 4 days to reveive email. One strange thing is this only seems to happen when they send a new email to us. If they respond to one of our emails, we get it right away.

I am logged in as domain admin. Would that make a difference?

We are trying to run the net time command from one of our DCs to the main DC. When doing so, we get the following error: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>net time \\atascosa /set /y System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied.

It did pass the test you sent, but there were 23 outgoing queues this morning, some messages had not sent, and some had.

We have tried all of those settings, but no luck. We are still being used as a relay.

Some of them are leaving and some of them are not. I assume those that are not are undeliverable.

Once I closed the relay, I deleted all of the existing messages, stopped the stmp service, and knew ones are still popping up about every three or four minutes.

I have been gone for an hour and there are 20 different outbound queues, all of which are unknown to us. Fortunatly, we only have three people in our company, so I pretty much know what emails we are sending.

We are experiencing a 24 hour delay in mail delivery to our users from certain domains. Occasionally, the mail comes through right away, but most times there is a large delay.
