Hi there, I actually use HTML by default. The problem seems to mainly occur when I am using HTML format... especially if I copy content from an HTML email or webpage over to a new HTML email. It does also happen on TEXT emails, but instead of a little yellow key appearing where my pasted text...- inspired121

Outlook 2000 Reply Options
As far as I know this is just how it works. I have not found any way around this. You might have to continue with simply deleting your name from the TO box once you have hit REPLY TO ALL. Not much help, I know. But it might help you put an end to wondering if it can be done. I've looked into it...- inspired121
