Phaser 740 - Image Quality - Phantoms/smears
We were having a lot of problems with Ghosting and smearing on our Phaser 740. The Fuser still supposedly had 30% of its life left. We discovered that the Cleaning pad which pulls out of the bottom of the fuser was caked with old toner and was solid black. When we checked into replacing this it...- kevcbacon

Phase 740 Jamming at C
We also have a Phaser 740L which jams at C constantly. We have also had jams at A and type 33 problems but now we have gotten to the point where every page jams coming out of the fuser with a "Jam at C" Notification. We ordered a new Fuser and it has not made any difference. Any...- kevcbacon
