You'd have to be a little more specific as to the platform, service pack, etc. Perflib errors mean nothing unless you are taking performance measurements on Exchange. How to reinstall OWA
Have you tried to uninstall OWA, then reinstall it? OWA in 5.5 is not as refined as in 2K Exchange, but on W2K server, it acts a little better.
