Xmodem transfer is not available on this platform (only 2600 and 3600). You will need to download the image using the boot image and a tftp server. For more info on this have a look here:

The problem is that the access list is wrong, with your access list it says traffic shape traffic matching coming from the email server not to it. You should change the config to:
access-list 101 permit ip any host 192.168.50.1
Then change the traffic shipping command to match this access list...
