Desktop Messaging BCM450 R6
Has anyone had an issue with an upgrade from R1 to R6 regarding Desktop Messaging with Outlook, allowing the user to listen to the voicemail for only about 4 seconds and then quits/cuts off. Listening to the message through the set is fine. Could it be that the Desktop messaging on her PC...- srsprt

When a call is answered by the Auto Attendant
If a live caller in the auto attendant is listening to the greetings and trees and decides to hang up, the dead call is transferred to the receptionist (0) - is there a way to stop this? puzzled- srsprt
