    hsleviant: I am have the same issue -- NTFRS claiming root moved and the event suggestion to create 'dummy file' NTFRS_CMD_FILE_MOVE_ROOT. Where can i find info regarding the registry setting that needs to be changed from a 0 to a 1? thanks!

    DNS - did I get ripped off!

    sup all, yeah IIS is tricky to set up...but if you do it all right...and fix some of the defaults "web sites" that MS automatically creates, you can have IIS running fine. This is from my experience. Afterwards you then have to keep your self up to date with the latest security...
