If I remember correctly, it should be programmed in your allow / disallow list. These can be administered to either the station or the trunks. Good Luck, 2wire

Hi Duff, I would assign a phantom extension using a DID and have that number cover directly to voicemail. If you have to use a line, then yes I would pick a line not in a hunt and assign the line to all the vm ports (extensions) on the system. I hope this helps.
