I was able to perform the Crystal suggestion and was able to identify what was complete or incomplete. I am unfamiliar as to how to implement the SQL suggestion you gave me. I will still need to subtotal the completes and incompletes.

I'm not sure if you tried this, but you can right click on the individual fields and select Format Field, then under the Common tab check the suppress if duplicated box. If this leaves you with a blank label you can the go to the Format Section and check the Suppress blank section box. Hope...
