CAROOT PASSWORDS
There is a command in EB directory you can use to reset the password of CAROOT, but I forgot the command name now, it is something like "caauth.exe". Let me know if you need it I will find out for you.- jackywxd

Brighstor Logfiles
I wrote a PERL script to parse the EB log file to get the details of job, for example, job ID, number of files, throughput and etc. It is pretty simple to do that by using PERL, because BrightStorEB.log is very structure, it is not a big deal. I will suggest you use iptable to do Network Address Translation (NAT), that way would be more secure and all of the internal workstation can share one valid Internet IP address.
