    How can I disable Internet browsing in R5

    In the user's personal address book you need to edit their location. There is a place for you to select the Internet Browser (Notes, Notes w/ IE, IE, etc.) change it there, and whenever they click on an internet link or what not it will open in the browser specified in the address book.
